Jason L. May has been a dedicated legal advocate for the residents of Central Utah for nearly eight years. After graduating from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV and passing the Utah State Bar exam, Jason immediately moved his family to his home town of Delta, Utah, and began his practice at Styler, Daniels P.C., providing reliable and ethical legal counsel ever since. He is a member in good standing with the Utah State Bar.

Jason is an accomplished litigator, notably achieving a 100% success rate in trials he has conducted across four different district courts. His litigation experience spans complex matters, including contracts, enforcement, and land use issues.

Additionally, Jason is well-versed in the areas of Business Law, Corporate Consulting, Estate Planning and Probate, Water Law, and Real Property.

Prior to joining Anchor-T Law, Eric worked for Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he provided legal advice to large institutional investment funds with assets under management ranging from $750M to $150B.  Before becoming an attorney, Eric worked in corporate finance and financial services.  Eric believes in a client-centered approach to advocacy.  He advocates aggressively for his clients' positions and puts his clients' interests ahead of his own pecuniary interest.  Eric also believes strongly in the rule of law and the rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America.

Eric specializes in the areas of Civil Litigation, Asset Management, and Family Law.

About

A native of Delta, Utah, Russell brings a diverse background to his practice. Before starting his higher education at BYU, he lived for two years in Lima, Peru, where he gained fluency in Spanish.

Russell earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law. While in law school, he gained crucial practical experience through the Civil Litigation Practicum and the Estate Planning & Probate Clinic.

Prior to joining Anchor-T Law, Russell built a strong foundation by working at the prestigious estate planning firm, McCullough Law, and completing a clerkship at Styler Daniels and May P.C. These experiences allow Russell to provide strategically grounded and analytically sound representation in areas including Estate Planning & Probate, Civil Litigation, Business Law, and Real Property.
